Acknowledgment

The Mirboo North & District Community Foundation works to support the communities of Mirboo North and surrounding areas. We carry out this work on the land of the Gunaikurnai people and of the Bunurong people and we wish to acknowledge the continuing connection of the Gunaikurnai and Bunurong peoples to this land and its waters, and their continuing culture for thousands of years. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and thank them for their care for country, for community and each other. We seek to contribute to this tradition through our work to build stronger communities in our district.
