Community Grants
Support the areas of Environment, Education, Youth, Health and Well-being, Arts and Culture and Community Strengthening.
Community Grants
In ten years, we have granted more than $1.5 million to over 70 different community or not-for-profit organisations. These funding recipients have been located in Mirboo North, Boolarra, Dumbalk, Mirboo, Thorpdale, Narracan, Yinnar, Hallston and Allambee.
Funding has supported the areas of Environment, Education, Youth, Health and Well-being, Arts and Culture and Community Strengthening. The Community Grants Program ensures that there are opportunities to support local people to develop solutions, build capacity and share skills in the community.
Apply For A Grant
The Community Foundation’s Community Grants Program is open for the month of September every year. If you have a project which is time critical or there is an urgent need, you can contact us to discuss your project.
Time Critical Projects
The Community Foundation is committed to being responsive to community need as it arises and will award grants outside of the annual program. If your project cannot await the annual community grants round because it is urgent or time critical you can apply for a community grant at any time.
Applications are processed in a similar way and can be made at any point throughout the year. Contact the Community Foundation to discuss your community needs today.
Anytime during the year, when urgent community need arises.
